For over 10 years, we have been providing apprenticeships in our UK studios, to support our commitment to helping foster diversity in our industry. Since 2012, we have recruited apprentices across a variety of professions including architecture, civil and structural engineering, environmental engineering, HR, project management, and town planning. To further show our support of young people in our industry, we are proud to run a variety of work placement schemes locally in our studios, either through direct application or as part of our various Community Engagement programs. This not only helps us foster young talent at a grassroots level but also helps us positively impact the communities in which we work and build, adding value to the areas surrounding the buildings we design.
